S&S Domestic Wholesale Terms & Conditions

 

PRICING


We will no longer provide pricing by sku we will be pricing by discount at the category level.
We will make certain product categories available to purchase with a specific discount off list for our wholesale program.
Excluded – Dropships or direct ship from manufacturer, Electronics.   We also maintain a list of products which we are not allowed to resell or have had manufacturers request we do not resell. 
 

SHIPPING PRICING

 

All orders will incur a shipping rate of 7% regardless of order size.  


 

Terms & Conditions
ORDERS & PAYMENT

Your orders will be acknowledged by e-mail upon entry of order. S&S accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer ($25.00 service fee), business check or money order. Established businesses, institutions or organizations may be eligible for credit terms. Orders cannot be placed on open account until an S&S Credit Application is submitted and approved. To establish credit terms, please download and submit an S&S Worldwide Credit Application. Approved open accounts allow for net 30 day terms. S&S Worldwide accepts the following: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

DAMAGES/DISCREPANCIES

Any damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt and inspection. Shipments with visible damages. must be signed for as damaged. Claims must be fully documented and reported within 10 business days. Missing items must be reported within 10 business days.

ORDER LEAD TIME

Unless otherwise noted, please allow minimum 5-10 business days for order processing and delivery. Some products may require additional lead time. You will be contacted when an order is placed for an item requiring additional time.

 

OFFERS/DISCOUNT CODES

Free shipping and discount Offer Codes cannot be applied to wholesale orders.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

S&S will cancel all back ordered items at the point of order entry. You will be notified of any items canceled from your order. Items can be reordered at a future date when inventory is available.

 

SHIPPING

 

Unless otherwise requested S&S will ship FOB our dock via one of our preferred carriers and add 7% freight charge to your invoice.


If you prefer us to ship via your own carrier account, we will need to have a Carrier name and Customer/carrier 3rd party account number at the time we are taking your order.


S&S will not ship direct to AMAZON WAREHOUSES on behalf of any of our customers.


S&S will not ship direct to a reseller end customer.  We can ship to your distribution center, or 3rd party fulfillment center only.
