In the past months which are the most busiest for my department you have been there for whatever we needed checking on backorders delivery confirmation setting up excel files for invoices canceling items that were not going to be delivered before our deadlines and much more. I would just like to share how wonderful S and S Customer Service team is. I had received an item that had been damaged and Renee had given me a few solutions on how to fix the issue. I also want to bring to attention the quickness of replies I received. I emailed on Friday afternoon thinking I wasn't going to get a response til Monday and when I had came into the office on Monday I have received an email that came through on Friday.
