International Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Apply to Orders Originating or to be Shipped Outside the U.S. Customer/Importer assumes all liability for meeting the regulatory requirements in the country(s) in which they operate. It is the sole responsibility of the Importer of Goods to certify those goods conform to the specific requirements of their market. International shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Your orders will be acknowledged by e-mail upon entry of order. S&S accepts payment via credit card or bank transfer ($25.00 service fee). Customer is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees and all other applicable charges. We do not offer open terms to foreign Dealers, Distributors and Wholesalers. However, under certain circumstances and requirements, establishing credit terms with S&S Worldwide is possible. All invoices must be paid in U.S. Funds. S&S Worldwide accepts the following: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Any damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt and inspection. Shipments with visible damages. must be signed for as damaged. Claims must be fully documented and reported within 10 business days. Missing items must be reported within 10 business days
ORDER LEAD TIME
Unless otherwise noted, please allow a minimum 4 weeks for order processing and delivery. Some products may require additional lead time. You will be contacted when an order is placed for an item requiring additional time.
VENDOR MANUFACTURED/RESTRICTED ITEMS
Items coded with the truck icon in our catalogs, perishables, oversized and breakables are not available through the Wholesale program. Other restrictions may apply.
Free shipping and discount Offer Codes cannot be applied to wholesale orders.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
S&S will cancel all back ordered items at the point of order entry. You will be notified of any items canceled from your order. Items can be reordered at a future date when inventory is available.
Unless otherwise requested, S&S will ship FOB our dock via one of our preferred carriers and add freight charges to your invoice. If you prefer us to ship via your own carrier account, S&S will assess a $10 handling fee per order.
