Orders Shipping via Truck
(Lift-gate Service and Inside Delivery are additional services)
Some of our products and large orders ship via truck. S&S will advise you at time of ordering. Please tell us if you do not have a receiving dock as truck orders may require a lift-gate delivery service. Customers are responsible for off-loading the merchandise from the truck. If you will need assistance from the trucking company, inside delivery services are available for an additional fee. Inside delivery should be specified when ordering so accommodations can be made, an additional fee will be charged for this service.

The truck must be able to back up to a receiving dock, or the consignee must be able to otherwise unload the freight from the truck themselves (with a forklift in the parking lot, for example).
The height of the floor of the truck is, on average, 4' to 5’ from the ground.
reight with Lift-gate ServiceShipment will be lowered to the ground using a lift-gate, and the consignee will take it from there.
Freight is not transported into the building or elsewhere by the driver.
This service may add additional time to the delivery date as special scheduling and equipment are required.
Shipment will be lowered to the ground and transported into the building by the driver, providing that there is sufficient access for the freight -- pallets will not be unloaded and carried inside through narrow doorways.
Service does not include installation, set up, or room-by-room delivery. Items will not be carried up or down stairs.
Freight will be left as delivered, which may include pallet(s), stretch-wrap, strapping, and other items (as seen in photo). Additional levels of service may be available at an additional charge.
This service may add additional time to the delivery date as special scheduling and equipment are required.
