• • Include the color and size of the item, if applicable.

• • Check the unit of measure (each, dozen, gallon, etc.) to ensure that it corresponds with the information provide online or in the catalog.

• • Include the source code and account number if ordering from a catalog, which is found in the shaded areas on the back of the catalog.

Pricing:
Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices sometimes change without notice. On phone orders, prices will always be confirmed. As you would expect we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in our catalog and our web site.

Changing or canceling orders, address or payment information:
For any changes to your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-937-3482.

Confirming orders:
It is not necessary to confirm orders. If an order has been placed previously by phone, fax, mail or on the internet, a confirming order is not necessary unless a voucher is required. Please mark “CONFIRMING” and include your order number when mailing. We can not be responsible for duplicating orders that are not marked “CONFIRMING”.
