Damages/Discrepancies

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you have damage or a shortage please contact us at 1-800-243-9232 or [email protected] within 10 days. You may refuse damaged boxes or sign for them as damaged, pending further inspection. When signing for a damaged box please indicate on the bill of lading with the carrier that the box was received damaged. Please contact us before returning any damaged merchandise.
