The Zones of Regulation® Expanded Elementary Bundle

The Zones of Regulation Elementary Bundle is designed to give young learners ages 5–11 the tools they need to understand, talk about, and manage their emotions. Developed by Leah Kuypers, MA Ed., OT, and Elizabeth Sautter, MA, CCC-SLP, the program combines clear teaching resources with interactive materials that make learning about emotions hands-on and engaging.

The two storybooks introduce relatable scenarios to help students recognize feelings in themselves and others, while the Tools to Try Cards provide over 50 concrete strategies they can practice at school, home, or in therapy. The colorful 24” x 18” Regulation Station poster serves as a daily visual reminder of the four-step Zones process: recognize feelings, identify the Zone, select a tool, and use it.

New additions in this expanded bundle give children even more ways to connect. The Toss & Talk Emotion Ball encourages fun group discussions and reflections about feelings. Velvet Calming Stickers provide a soothing, tactile outlet that helps students calm and focus. Color Me Masks invite kids to explore and express emotions through creative art projects.

Together, these resources create a multisensory learning experience that supports emotional literacy, coping skills, and self-regulation. Whether used in classrooms, counseling, or at home, this bundle provides elementary students with engaging and practical ways to build confidence in managing their Zones.
