This unique “Bubbles™” balloon is made from a stretchy plastic material that when inflated floats like a balloon. The fully inflated balloon is somewhat spherical, measuring approx. 16” in diameter looking at it face on and with a 13” width from the side. To use like a beach ball or balloon for simple "keep it up" and volleyball type games, the balloon can be inflated with air using a standard electric sports ball pump and needle. Inflate with helium to use as a decorative balloon like a Mylar balloon, just be sure to tie it down! Latex and phthalate free!
