This 100-page journal offers a wonderful way for school age kids to track their fitness and eating habits for 36 weeks. The cross curricula activity is suitable for PE classes, Health classes and any group or individual that is interested in monitoring their activities. A two-page spread for each week allows for easy logging on things like walking, sports played, sleep time, screen time, and what foods were consumed. At the end of each 4-week period a series of self-evaluation questions are presented that allow the user to consider their past month and set some goals for the next month. The back of the book includes 40 activity suggestions and 50 quick competitions.
