The Discovery Dry-Erase Climbing Wall is the perfect climbing wall for schools! The write-on, wipe-off surface also accepts magnets. Use dry-erase markers and magnets to combine math, language and other learning with movement. The color-coded Groperz™ Hand Holds offer a variety of options for climbers to use as they travel across the Traverse Wall. Green handholds are the largest and easiest to grip. The yellow holds come in a variety of sizes and offer a light challenge. The red holds are medium sized and provide the most challenge. Climbers can choose to use any color handhold, or try the extra challenge of climbing using only handholds of the same color. Our signature Red-Relief Line® is a safety feature that reminds climbers to stay within a distance of three feet from the floor and is a helpful tool for the climbing wall supervisor. Each 4’W x 8’H Discovery Dry-Erase Climbing Wall section includes sentence building, word and math magnets, 20 patented Groperz Route-Setting Hand Holds, 66 preset placement options, the Red-Relief Line and dry-erase markers. Thus the 40’ wall includes 200 handholds that can be placed in over 660 preset locations! Features 2” mats that cushion falls and that can also be positioned vertically to cover the wall and locked into position to prevent unsupervised use of the wall.
