Welcome to the Color Splash Tie-Dye Factory! Everything you need to create brilliant tie-dye art and LOTS of it! It’s as easy as this - following the directions on the dye jar: Measure dye with the included scoop (or a teaspoon) into one of the applicator bottles. Add the same amount of Soda Ash dye fixative and fill with tap water. Shake well and your tie-dye is ready to use! No need to spend time pre-soaking your fabric item in a soda ash bath - it’s mixed in with the dye! So convenient!
This pack includes 8 – 8 oz. jars of the brightest, most vibrant tie dye colors. As a bonus to get you started, we’ve included 4 jars of soda ash dye fixative, plus 8 squeeze bottle applicators with twist open tops and a full-color tips & idea guide to help you create amazing patterns. Dye colors included are: Fuchsia, Tangerine, Sunshine, Lime, Turquoise, Candy Apple, Denim and Violet. Applicator bottles are 4 fluid oz.
Terrific for dyeing tee-shirts, socks, scarves/bandanas, drawstring backpacks, wall hangings and more. Best results when dyeing natural fabrics: cotton, linen, jute, hemp and other plant-derived fabrics.
Color Splash Dyes are permanent, colorfast and can be mixed to create custom colors. When mixed at the standard ratios, there is enough dye for over 1500 projects – depending on saturation. (Using more dye powder will yield more intense color, less dye will be more pastel). Non-toxic.
IMPORTANT: Protect skin, clothing, and work surfaces as this concentrated color will stain.
PLEASE NOTE: These jars are filled by weight, not volume. Contents will settle so jars may appear less than full. Each jar contains 8 oz (dry weight). Colors may have different densities and therefore fill levels.
