Use the 8 rounded pieces, 8 straight pieces, and 4 connectors to create a variety of balance building paths like the oval shown in the images or end-to-end paths. The height of the beam varies from about 3” to nearly 3.5” to offer a balance challenge without being too high and intimidating. The sections also include tactile bumps on the top of the balancing path to provide sensory input to those that crave it. Designed and manufactured for maximum safety, each piece locks into the next so that the path will not break apart during use and the balance path is built with safe materials, and is safety tested to ensure that it does not contain any harmful chemicals. In addition, the non-slip bottoms have rubber feet so that the path stays in place while in use. The feet also protect the floor surface from damage. The balance path can be used to promote balance skills, motor planning, and gross motor coordination. It can also be used as an exercise tool, and to help build eye–foot coordination. Assembled oval measures about 125” x 46” to create walking path that is nearly 25’ long. Durable polypropylene plastic construction results in a weight limit of up to 150 pounds.
