Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only in the 48 contiguous United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Employees of S&S Worldwide (sponsor) and its affiliates, participating prize provider(s), affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Email: Should you participate in this Sweepstakes by submitting the registration form you will opt-in to receive email or other communications from S&S Worldwide. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email by clicking the opt-out link within an email. Your opt-out status will not affect your participation or chances to win in this Sweepstakes. During the Promotional Period, however, you may nevertheless receive emails which S&S Worldwide deems are related to the Sweepstakes.
Promotional Period: You can enter the Sweepstakes immediately and one entry per day. Day 1 prize will be posted on December 4th, 2023 at 8 am (EST). Winner selection will take place on December 16th, 2023 by 10am, and the winners chosen for each day will be posted on the List of Winners page.
Entry: Access the ssww.com web site at www.ssww.com either directly or by clicking on the icons, banners, text links, or other advertising on ssww.com’s partner web sites. Giveaway page URL is www.ssww.com/12-days-of-giveaways. For one entry into the drawing, simply complete the sweepstakes registration form and hit the submit button. All entries must be complete with your legal name, zip code, and email address. You can enter by accessing the web site and following the Sweepstakes directions. Entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor's system by 11:59:59pm December 15th, 2023 (EST). Any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void. Limit one prize per person/address.
No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or email; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.
Random Drawings: One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing for each day prize for Twelve (12) days from among all entries received. Random Drawings will be chosen on December 16th, 2023.
Prizes/Odds: Twelve (12) Products, each with a value of up to $50. Odds of winning will depend upon the number eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Winner’s names will be posted on the ssww.com web site for 2 weeks after the giveaway period ends. Entrants must visit the ssww.com/giveaway-winners/ web site to confirm if they have been selected as one of the Prize Winners. Prize Winner must claim their Prize by emailing [email protected] within 2 weeks after the giveaway period ends. Winner may be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 10 business days of notification. Prizes will be sent within thirty (30) days of receipt of completed documentation as required. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the web site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using any such method. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
