S&S Worldwide "Customer Appreciation Giveaway" - Official Rules

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only in the 48 contiguous United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Employees of S&S Worldwide (sponsor) and its affiliates, participating prize provider(s), affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins August 14, 2018, 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends August 19, 2018 11:59 p.m. EST. All entries must be received in the Giveaway Period.

Entry: Go to the Customer Appreciation Week Giveaway page (/customer-appreciation-week-giveaway/) and click the Enter Now button, then fill out the form. By entering your information, you express your understanding of eligibility and consent with the official giveaway rules.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or email; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Random Drawings: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing for each of the three prizes, from among all entries received. Random Drawing will take place on August 20, 2018.

Prizes/Odds: The prizes will be as follows. There are 3 winners total, one for each prize shown on the giveaway page. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries on or after August 20, 2018. Entrants can visit www.ssww.com/customer-appreciation-giveaway-winners to confirm if they have been selected as one of the Prize Winners. Prize Winner must claim their Prize by emailing [email protected] within 2 weeks after the giveaway period ends. S&S Worldwide will display the selected winner on the giveaway page and notify them by email. Winner will be asked to message their full name and email address to S&S Worldwide via email. Failure to respond to the notification and accept the prize by providing the required information results in forfeiture of the prize. If the selected winner provides undeliverable mailing address, is found to be ineligible or does not comply with the official rules, the winner will be disqualified and another winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. S&S Worldwide is not responsible for false of inaccurately entered contact information.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the web site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using any such method. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
