Backorders:
We make every effort to keep all items in stock, however from time to time certain items may not be available for immediate delivery. On phone orders and orders placed on our web site, in-stock dates will be confirmed. To ensure a timely delivery, please provide us with your program dates. We will make every effort to communicate accurate due dates to you. To avoid multiple shipments we reserve the right to ship your order complete once the backorder arrives.
