Baby Jesus – Adore Him Craft
Using our wooden star hanger you can make this baby Jesus in the manger decoration.
Materials:
Instructions:
1) Paint the wood star hanger white. We recommend a few coats.
2) Draw baby Jesus with a pencil. Then paint his face and blanket. We used beige and blue paint.
3) For the manger, glue construction paper and pieces of a cardboard box for a 3D look. You can also paint it brown, or use straw as alternative.
4) Paint the outside of the ornament yellow. This gives it a nice outline that stands out. You can also add some star stickers or adhesive gems for extra embellishment.
5) Write “Adore Him” at the top with paint or marker. A fine tip Sharpie is a great option.
You can also draw a Christian star, a symbol of spirituality. Relate this to the song “O Come Let Us Adore Him” and discuss the importance of faith and Jesus to the Christmas holiday.
