We bought this product and used it often (pretty much daily). The residents LOVE it, however, there are a few problems with it: 1) when the water is inside it gets really heavy to carry to the area of use, and 2) no matter how often we drained it, cleaned it with bleach, etc, it still got moldy, and the spongy fishes got moldy as well. We had to eventually throw it away!

I am an Activity Director for a memory care facility that specializes in Alzheimer and Dementia. I have several residents that can not walk or talk and movement is minimal. This product has given them something that can stimulate their minds and also work on their dexterity. It is durable and very easy for the caregivers to use.

If there were plastic animal life in the clear bag it would work so much better. The sponges get stuch together and do not move around easily. We used it once, drained the water and put this product on the shelf. I will probably throw it away or I may give it one more chance.
