Free and Reduced Shipping & Other Special Money Saving Offers:

• The following categories, brands, and products are not eligible for certain promotional discounts and/or free shipping: Electronics,
  Furniture, Lego brand products, Office Supplies, Cleaning Supplies, Breakroom Supplies, some oversized/heavy items that ship via 

  truck, and items that ship direct from the manufacturer. This is not meant to be an exhaustive list. S&S Worldwide reserves the 

  right to exclude additional items at its discretion.
 
• All discounts based on contract and/or offer codes will be calculated and deducted from the advertised LIST price. There will not 

  be any additional discounts (contract/offer code/coupon) applied to SALE items, quantity price break items or mix & match items. 

• Offer codes and/or coupons may not be combined with any other offer code, promotion, bid and or contracted pricing, unless 

  otherwise stated. 

• LIST price minus percentage-off offer code/contract price will prevail unless SALE prices, quantity price breaks and/or mix&match 

  pricing provides you a lower price. 

• Dollar-off discounts (offer codes and/or coupons) will be deducted from your TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE, after all applicable 

  discounts/savings have been applied. 

• Free and Reduced Freight promotions will be calculated on your TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE, after all applicable discounts/savings 

  have been applied. Qualifying order amounts do not include taxes, shipping and handling. Free and reduced shipping offers apply 

  to orders shipping to one single address via standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Items shipping directly 

  from  the manufacturer and/or items marked with a truck icon in our current catalog are excluded. Free and reduced shipping 

  does not apply to orders shipping via the US Postal Service. May not be combined with any other offer, bid or contract pricing. 

• Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping and handling. 

• Qualifying order amounts do not include taxes, shipping and handling. 

• Offer codes can not applied to previously submitted orders. 

• Free gift offers: Qualifying amount is based on your TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE, after all applicable discounts/savings have been 

  applied. Free gifts are only if shipped within the contiguous 48 States. Limit one per customer. In the event supplies of the stated 

  gift item are exhausted, we will substitute an item or items of equal or greater value. 

• Free/promotional GIFT CARD offers: Qualifying amount is based on your TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE, after all applicable 

  discounts/savings have been applied. Limit one per customer. 

• Customer must enter the offer code and/or Coupon Code when prompted at checkout if ordering at ssww.com, or mention it 

  when ordering by phone, fax or mail, and order by midnight of the expiration date. All Terms and Conditions apply. 

• Offer codes, coupons or contracts may not be used to purchase S&S Gift Certificates 

• Dollar-off promotions and/or promotional coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to S&S Worldwide open terms 

  accounts. Unused portions can not be used for future purchases and will not be refunded. 

• Returned/credited items will be refunded net of promotional discounts.
