The following terms will be referred to within this document: "Program" refers to S&S Plus; "Terms" refers to the terms and conditions set forth within this document; "Subscriber" or "You" or "Your" refers to the person who agrees to these terms and initiates the purchase of the Program; "Facility" refers to the group of individuals who work at the same site/location as the Subscriber—defined within the S&S Worldwide contact management system.
Below are Terms for the Program. These Terms are between Subscriber and S&S Worldwide and govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms, together with applicable terms and conditions related to any promotional offers provided to the Subscriber for use with the Program, constitute the entire agreement between the Subscriber and S&S Worldwide in relation to the Program. In order to subscribe, the Subscriber and Facility must be located within the 48 contiguous United States. If you sign up for the Program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.
The Subscriber and Facility are entitled to the following benefits: free standard shipping on items that are stocked by and originate from the S&S Worldwide warehouse and are shipping to an address within the 48 contiguous United States; free return shipping for authorized returns; access to a dedicated customer service team via email, phone, and live chat when available; fifty percent discount on expedited shipping options; fifteen percent discount off of published S&S Worldwide List prices; free access to grant search tools provided by The School Funding Center (accessed via your S&S Online Account); free access to other tools and resources as provided within your S&S Plus page within your S&S Worldwide Online Account.
Availability of shipping benefits depends on inventory availability, order deadlines, and in some cases the shipping address.
Program benefits are limited to certain products sold by S&S Worldwide. When shopping online at ssww.com, we'll indicate which items are eligible for Program benefits. When using other ordering methods, we'll do our very best to make you aware when an item is not eligible for Program benefits. Some special product, order, handling fees, and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If only some items in your order are eligible for Program benefits, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Certain purchases may only be entitled to Standard Shipping because of their size, weight, and other shipping characteristics.
We may also exclude products with special shipping characteristics at our discretion. Please refer to The S&S Plus section of our online Help pages for information about eligible items, shipping cost, shipping speed, and shipping destinations.
Some special product, order, handling fees and/or taxes may still apply to Eligible Purchases. If only some of the items in your order are Eligible Purchases under the Program, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the items that are not Eligible Purchases under the Program. Changing your shipping address, method of shipping, or other preferences might affect whether or not the merchandise is an Eligible Purchase under the Program.
Only items that qualify for free standard shipping, based on the above requirements, will be eligible for free return shipping to S&S Worldwide.
The annual subscription fee for S&S Plus is $79. From time to time, we may offer different subscription terms, and the fees for such subscription may vary. The S&S Plus subscription fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth below. Taxes may apply on either or both of the subscription fee and the reduced shipping charges for S&S Plus.
If you've paid for your S&S Plus subscription with a credit card and it is declined for payment, your subscription will be canceled and you'll be notified immediately.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR S&S PLUS SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITH EMAIL NOTICE TO YOU) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING THE CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
To cancel the S&S Plus subscription, Subscriber must call S&S Worldwide. We will refund the full subscription fee if the S&S Plus subscription is canceled before Subscriber or colleagues at Subscriber's Facility have made any eligible purchases or have taken advantage of any S&S Plus benefits. You are not entitled to any refund if you cancel after you or others at your site location have made any eligible purchases or after you have taken advantage of any S&S Plus benefits.
We may in our discretion change these Terms, S&S Worldwide's Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of S&S Plus subscription, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED SUBSCRIPTION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BY CONTACTING US AT 1-800- 288-9941
We may terminate your S&S Plus subscription at our sole discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund of the Subscription Fee in the form of an S&S Worldwide Gift Card based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the S&S Plus subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN S&S WORLDWIDE'S CONDITIONS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO S&S PLUS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR S&S PLUS SUBSCRIPTION. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
