In addition it does not attract termites, carpenter ants or other harmful insects. It is recommended to loosely compact the mulch to either 3 or 6 inches to achieve the desired fall height rating. The 75 cubic feet of mulch comes in fifty 1-1/2 cubic foot bags that are placed on a pallet and shrunk wrapped together. At a 3” depth the bag will cover 300 square feet, at a 6” depth it will cover 150 square feet.
