Just a little something to let them know they are appreciated. I decided to make these fun winter snowman treats one morning when I was wishing I had a pair of fuzzy socks myself! On a cold winter\u2019s day who doesn\u2019t want some warm socks and a sweet treat? Once I made some for my children\u2019s teachers, I decided that there were many other people in my life who would enjoy this gift as well. So I made some for my sisters, colleagues and even the mail carrier.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Materials:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Candy bars or boxes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Paper<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Warm socks<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/search\/index.php?q=permanent+marker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Permanent marker<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/bag-ribbon-FA3236\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ribbon<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/raffia-ribbon-assortment-NL236\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">raffia<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/sticky-back-felt-sheets-FA3383\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Orange sticky felt<\/a> or<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/color-splash-felt-square-assortment-FA3444\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> regular felt<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/peel-stick-wiggly-eyes-black-TR217\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wiggly eyes<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/art-supplies-and-craft-kits\/basic-craft-supplies\/craft-tools\/scissors\/?fp=SZ638\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scissors<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/art-supplies-and-craft-kits\/basic-craft-supplies\/glue-and-tape\/tape\/?fp=AS658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Tape<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">How to Make Snowman Candy Treat Gifts<\/h2>\n<p>Step 1: Wrap the candy with white paper, like you are wrapping a present. Tape each side.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6856\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/snowman-candy-a1.jpg\" alt=\"snowman candy gift\" width=\"600\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Stick adhesive wiggly eyes to the paper, then cut a nose out of orange sticky felt. No glue needed! Then draw a mouth using a permanent marker. You can have fun with different designs, like an open mouth, pebble mouth, and either large or small eyes and noses.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Fold the cuffs of the socks so they stay together. Then put the wrapped candy inside the cuff.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Tie ribbon, raffia, or\u00a0trim around the top of the socks to make them look more like the hat of the snowman.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6858\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/snowman-candy-b1.jpg\" alt=\"snowman candy gifts\" width=\"600\" height=\"593\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Step\u00a05: Add a personal message! We made up this poem and typed it up on a winter background.
