I got the idea from a fellow PE teacher (Mark Jungmann), and I just modified the equipment. This activity will have students sweating until the very end!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/aqua-noodles-W7561\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Noodles<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/noodle-and-hoop-bases-W10438\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Noodle bases<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/noodle-connectors-set-W12321\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Noodle connectors<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/search\/index.php?q=mats&amp;category=SPFGYM&amp;search_mode=narrow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2 mats<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/sports-and-pe\/coach-and-instructor-resources\/flags-cones-and-spot-markers\/spot-markers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2 polyspots<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 trampolines<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Play:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Form two lines, or if you have more trampolines, it could be more. Students will start at the poly spots. The first two will sprint to the trampoline, jump off the trampoline and over the noodle hurdle, and then <!--more-->will land on the mat. When they are finished, they will go back to their line side, but jump to the other line. I had one noodle hurdle higher than the other, which made a challenge for students. The next student will go when the person in front of them has made the landing. Students waiting in line are to jog in place, while they wait for their turn.<\/p>\n<div>My students really enjoy Dock Dogs.
