With just a few simple craft materials &#8211; popsicle sticks, permanent markers, chenille stems, pom poms, and wiggly eyes &#8211; you can create a fun snowman decoration that can be a keepsake for kids and adults.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materials Needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/arts-and-crafts-supplies\/wood-crafts\/craft-sticks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Craft Sticks<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/color-splash-white-glue-4-oz-GL604\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">White Glue\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/color-splash-adhesive-foam-sheet-assortment-AC949\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sticky Foam<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/arts-and-crafts-supplies\/paints-and-stains\/acrylic-paint\/?fp=PT3127\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paint<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/arts-and-crafts-supplies\/coloring-and-drawing-supplies\/markers\/?origq=markers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Markers<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/arts-and-crafts-supplies\/scissors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Scissors<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/all-purpose-value-brush-pack-AB3761\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paint Brushes\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Optional:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/s-s-white-plastic-paint-tray-AC919\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paint Cups\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ssww.com\/item\/art-trays-DC423\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paint Tray\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1.<\/strong> Gather 10 craft sticks. 7 for the base and 3 for the roof and bottom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2.<\/strong> Using white glue connect the 7 popsicles by adding glue to the sides of the popsicle stick and sticking them together.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3.<\/strong> Glue the final 3 popsicle sticks creating the house formation with the base piece. 2 will go on the top in a triangle creating the roof and the last will lay across the bottom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4.<\/strong> Grab white sticky foam and draw a snowman on the back.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tip: Draw on the back so that you don&#8217;t see the outline in the final product.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5.<\/strong> Cut out the snowman.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6. <\/strong>Peel off the back of the snowman and stick it onto the center of the house.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 7.<\/strong> Draw the snowman&#8217;s arms, nose, eyes and buttons using markers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 8.<\/strong> Grab black sticky foam and draw the snowman&#8217;s top hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 9.<\/strong> Cut out the top hat and stick it to the top of the snowman&#8217;s head.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 10.<\/strong> Take the shorter red chenille stem and fold it in half. Then twist it together, leaving a little untwisted at the end.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 11.<\/strong> Glue the chenille stem onto the snowman&#8217;s neck using white glue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 12.<\/strong> Take the bigger red chenille stem and fold it in half.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 13.<\/strong> Create a loop with one side of the chenille stem, this makes half of the bow. Repeat this with the other side of the pipe cleaner.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tip: Twist the ends of the bow around you finger to make them a bit curlier, this adds a little extra to your bow.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 14<\/strong>.
