Your group can have so much fun making DIY friendship bracelets to wear to the new Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour film in theaters. To make the bracelets, you can use many different types of beads – alphabet beads to spell out the names of her songs, like Karma, Afterglow, or Love Story, the name of her albums, like Folklore, and of course phrases like Swiftie or I \u2764\ufe0f Taylor. You can have so much fun with color combinations, matching the outfits she wore on her Eras Tour (the red and black was my favorite!) and using glitter beads or even glow in the dark beads. Be sure to swap beads with friends, and have fun with it!<\/p>\n

DIY Friendship Bracelets<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We used several different types of letter beads to make these bracelets, and accented them with other beads like neon pony beads, gold beads, and my favorite, the plastic dot beads with gems. Some are smallers and others are larger, so you can decide which combinatiions work best for you. It was also fun to work with some glow in the dark beads. We used elastic cording to create the bracelets. You can find the links for the beads I used below.<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) First decide what colors and letters you’d like to use for your bracelet. It helps to sort out the different types of beads and colors in trays<\/strong><\/a> or craft cups.<\/strong><\/a> I planned ahead with which words I wanted to use and which beads would correlate.<\/p>\n

2) Once you have your beads ready, string them onto your cording. You can measure to your wrist and cut a piece of cording first if you would like. I used the spool of cording to string the beads onto the end so they would not come off other side. Then once I had added beads and it fit around my wrist, I would cut the other end, leaving some excess string to make a knot.<\/p>\n

3) After you tie the knot, cut the excess string again. You now have your own customized bracelet!<\/p>\n
