The wood loom is nice and sturdy, however one is restricted as to what can be made by the distance between pegs making a very loosely knitted item (scarf, belt what have you). Instructions are not very helpful. Hard to understand for a beginner even if it is an adult who has knitted with needles. Would help to have step by step pictures provided to help you get started or finish a project. Description of item should explain more fully what you get in the kit and show picture of kit and contents.

This product is well made and excellent for an introduction to knitting for older children or adults. It is not for handicapped or young children. It is difficult to manipulate for those with eye hand co-ordination problems.
