Easy to set up and teach, Xtreme Skillastics™ enables 1 to 100 children of varying ages and fitness levels to build confidence, cooperation skills and gain positive exercise habits that will last a lifetime! Exercises promote flexibility, muscular strength and endurance – plus it's easy to play! Divide your group into 6 color-assigned teams. A member of each team rolls the team's colored die and moves a beanbag around the oversized game mat. Whichever of the 26 drills the beanbag lands on is the exercise the entire team must do. Includes a large 5' x 7' mat, 6 miniature versions of mat, an instruction manual, 6 colored dice, 6 mini bean bags and a colorful carry bag.
