I purchased this for my 4th grade Girl Scout troop. I had a hard time choosing between a regular parachute and this one, but it seems that I have made the right choice. We have found so many things that we can do with it, most of what we would do with a traditional chute and tons that are new for us. I love all the cooperative and team building activities that we have come up with. You do, however, need to hold both handles (where two or more pieces meet) or it will come apart with rigorous play. I can see us using this for many years to come, even as the girls reach their teen years.

I used the pieces separately to pass a ball back and forth and it was awesome to see the children get so into it. I also had some adult trying it out and the two groups challenged each other.
