This video repeats its tricks/games ALOT. Once you factor in all the redundancy it really isn't 150 hula hoop games - it is more like 40-50 games. Which means I paid $1 per simple idea. I paid[$]. The video and sound quality are poor. As a hula-hoop instructor I was really hoping for some new clever hoop tricks to teach my students. Most of these were obvious. Considering the poor quality of the video and the content I'm surprised anyone could justify selling this video for more than $15. Save your money and find ideas on youtube.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
