I got a six pack with one that didn't work for some reason, but when I called, S&S bent over backwards to get me a replacement. I would not (and will not) hesitate to purchase these from S&S again despite the broken one.

I used these for children's programs throughout the summer and they worked great. I've only had them a few months so I can't guarantee that they'll last for years and years but so far they're holding up quite well. I'd recommend them and will purchase them again if needed to replace the set I have once they inevitably get lost.
