We use this in gym class when doing a relay or drill, the winning team rolls the dice and the other team has to do the exercise. the dice get worn on one side though and tend to go to that exercise again and again. But great fun because it is the dice telling the kids what to do, not the gym teacher!

Kids love these dice! They are simple exercises, aside from the sit up and push up. It's great for challenging older kids and a lot of fun to watch the little ones try to do some of the exercises. It's a great way to raise physical awareness to youth. The dice appear to be constructed well and are made of thicker material.

After loosening up with our armachair exercises I pass around the dice for each participant to roll then we do the exercises that I adapted for the armchair version of each. Its lots of fun and the elderly enjoy doing them.

We use this product in our vault circuit for our 4/5 year olds and Kindergym students. They LOVE the fact that they are doing something different each time and never know what they will get the next time they roll. "Rolling the dice" makes it like a game and the children LOVE it!
