We modify this game so that it is played very simply without our playing pieces going to the island, mountain, etc. We often play it in endless fashion, without a winner. The question cards in deck one are great for memory boosting. The other deck is less useful, more for mental health therapists, so we just selected the ones most useful to our group who have dementia.
