this stuff works great if......YOU FOLLOW THE INSTURCTIONS, I FOUND THE INSTRUCTIONS ON-LINE AND PRINTED THEM OUT, YOU SHOULD TO, otherwise you wind up with a sticky mess.....

OH MY I hate using the stuff. If you don't do it just right you have balloons popping and throwing sticky glue everywhere!!!!! You have to master this long before you need to use it for real.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
