This was easy for kids to pick up how to do. Great for large groups or small. We used it for a VBS craft. The Kids were very happy with the result of this craft but would of liked more than one pattern to do.

In order to complete in 25 minutes, we pre-painted and pre-marked the dots for the kids. (We also offered a second picture on the back for variety.) We used Kindergarten thru 3rd grade. It worked best with the older kids who had more patience and could follow directions better. Many had strings going in every direction which in the end still yielded a satisfying result...unique! The entire shape takes about 4 yards of floss. I think I would have bought varigated floss to replace the colors that came in the kit and let them use just one long piece each.

I used this for our church's KFC summer program. We pre-painted the styrofoam squares to save time. This craft is definitely for an older crowd.
