WE USE THIS PAPER FOR OUR ART PROJECTS - IT WAS BETTER THAN THE BUDGET STOCK BUT STILL IS NOT THE SAME AS WHAT USE TO BE SOLD BY SSW. LOVED THE OLD SULPHITE BUT THIS IS A ACCEPTIBLE REPLACEMENT. WORKS WELL AS WATERCOLOR PAPER AND CHALK AND OIL - ALSO PENCIL AND MARKER --- DOESNT CURL MUCH IF AT ALL DEPENDING ON LIQUID USE.

This is a great "practice" paper that has enough texture to allow for more challenging media (pastel, conte, watercolor pencils) without having to use the heavier, more expensive "artist" paper.
