We bought these for a niceer VBS craft for the kids to paint and keep. Most of the whistles didnt sound like a train whistle at all. No dual tone and high pitched. A few didnt work at all. A few worked, several didnt sound great. The price was good and the company was very willing to help make the order satisfactory, but we were dissapointed in the quality.
