I used these for a Sunday School class. The kids loved making their own ducks but we discovered the paint ran in water......I tried using a shellac but then the ducks became sticky. Maybe I picked the wrong brand of shellac.

The ducks were much smaller than expected and really too small for kids grade 1-5 to paint. We used the paints for another project and colored them with permanent markers. The girls loved "racing" them on a slip and slide! If I'd had creek it would have been even better!

I own a nanny agency and this is a popular activity that we provide for group events that have toddlers. It's a fun creative, "look what I did" project. The toddlers can do this on their own with little help and really builds their self esteem.
