We use this ball during our "Volleyball" games where we previously used a regular beach ball. We push our Recreation Room tables together and the residents hit the ball as it comes to them. Periodically, the leader of the game, grabs the ball and reads off a category. Then the residents are challenged to name items in the category while keeping their "eye on the ball". It exercises their memory-recall, body, reaction time and gives opportunities to reminisce- all at the same time!
