I bought these sacks for a potatoe sack race for a field day for adults. We ended up not using them but they quality seemed good. I would not recommend them for adults - they are a bit short and not wide enough. I'm 5'6 and they were half way down my thighs. However, they would be great for kids!

This is the second year that our Family has used the Burlap Potato Sacks for our Family Reunion Picnic. We do 3 separate races: (1) youth ages 8 - 18 years old, (2) women and (3) men. The bags are very strong and durable - not easily ripped or torn. I would gladly recommend the sacks to anyone who is having this outdoor activity - everyone who participates, as well as the on-lookers agree that this Race is loads of fun.

We used these sacks for an elementary school field day. The school has around 900 students and by the end of the day, many of the sacks had holes in them. We were hoping to use them for future field days at the school but that won't be possible.

Burlap potato sacks great for sand bags- just put in a liner for sand, tie bags at top and drag - no lifting. Can make any weight you choose.
