Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only in the 48 contiguous United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years old. Employees of PE Central and S&S Worldwide (sponsor) and its affiliates, participating prize provider(s), affiliated and subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins September 21, 2018, 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends October 7, 2018 11:59 p.m. EST. All entries must be received in the Giveaway Period.

Entry: Go to the PE Central Special #PEGiveaway on their Facebook page. To be deemed eligible entrants must follow instructions for entry whether it be liking/sharing the posts or answering a question in the comment section. By liking, sharing, and commenting, you become eligible for the drawing and express consent with the official giveaway rules.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or email; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Random Drawings: Five entrants will be chosen at random to win a Net Generation tote bag (provided by the USTA®) with the items listed in the post and shown in the photo. 

Prizes/Odds: The prizes will be as follows. Five winners will each receive a Net Generation tote bag with specified tennis items. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries after October 7, 2018. PE Central will display the selected winners on the giveaway page and notify them by email. Winners will be asked to message their full name and email address to PE Central via email. Failure to respond to the notification and accept the prize by providing the required information results in forfeiture of the prize. If the selected winners provide undeliverable mailing address, is found to be ineligible or does not comply with the official rules, the winners will be disqualified and another winner(s) may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. PE Central is not responsible for false of inaccurately entered contact information.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the web site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using any such method. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
