Creating and Updating an Online Account
Creating
an Online Account:
Creating an account on our site is easy and free! Just follow these steps:
Order Status:
View the status of each purchased item, in-process, shipped, ship date and tracking number if available. The shipped quantity and tracking numbers are broken out if items ship in multiple boxes. Items placed on same order may be received on different days.
Invoices:
Retrieve invoices in PDF format via email on a per order basis.
Address Book:
Store & access unlimited names and addresses for easy checkout.
Purchase History:
Review all orders and quotes placed in the past 18 months via phone, Web site, fax or mail. View orders placed by you and/or shipped to your address.
Saved Shopping Cart:
Keep track of your favorite items and planned purchases.
Contact:
We provide an email link so it’s easy to contact your assigned sales representative (or customer service if no representative has been assigned.)

Updating Online Account Information:
Using Your Online Account:
Wondering about the status of an order? Want to change your account information? Whatever you need to do, you can do yourself via the My Account page. Simply visit the “My Account” page or click the Log In link at the top of this page. (This link will always be available to you from any page on the Web site.) We'll ask you to sign in with the e-mail address and password associated with your account. If you forgot your password, you can request it by e-mail by clicking here. If you are a new customer and haven't placed an order with us yet, you do not need to register or open an account with us first.
Updating Online Shipping Information:
Your Address Book provides a convenient way to store an unlimited number of names and addresses for shipping. To add a new address, go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page) and sign in. Then, under the Shipping Information heading, click "Add a Shipping Address." To change an existing address in your Address Book, click the "Edit Address" link above the address. If you'd like to remove an address, click "Delete Address." Change your shipping information now

Your credit card information is not saved in your account. But you may update your Billing Address through your My Account page. Go to the "My Account" link (located at the top of each page) and sign in. Then, under the Billing Information heading, click "Add a Billing Address."
To change an existing billing address, click the "Edit Address" link above the billing address. To remove a billing address, click "Delete Address." Change your billing information now
