I ordered these for a 1st-3rd grade class project about wheels. I opened one kit when they arrived to confirm they would work. I was unimpressed with quality since wheels did not turn well but would make do. VERY disapointed when I waited until class time to open the other package. There were no axels at all. I scrambled to find skewers to make "axels." Not very successful. Would not order these again.
