I bought this for 12 year olds to make for senior citizens...They were so frustrated...1 very small...2 couldn't tie strings...They gave up and I will NEVER buy these again. It was a waste of money & time...they ended up throwing away.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

For our group of kids I had to assemble all of these ahead of time and use a hot glue gun. But the kids loved to paint them and loved hearing the sound.
