We used this for two day church retreat and broke the craft time to two sessions. The theme was Abraham's faith. It was intended for 30 min each craft time but no way close to finishing and the teachers aids did most of the work. Project was geared for 1st to 5th grades. In spite of hours of preparation it was too difficult to put together for little hands. Only the 4th & 5th grader girls were able to manage. There weren't enough cut outs for everyone so we just gave out extra felt to everyone so they can create their own faith symbol which worked out better. End results: girls quilt looked acceptable but boys quilts looked very sloppy... All in all it is a great craft for older kids who can sit for over an hour.
