I purchased these for older teenagers. The sticks break very easily. I've had to replace all the sticks. The blades have held up so far. Also, the sticks are too short for older students.

I bought this set for our church youth group. We used this product for a sports activity. The sticks were too short to be classified as "Senior" size. All of our teens and sponsors had to bend over a good bit to use them. If you are 5 1/2 feet tall or more consider purchasing a larger size stick. Also, passing, shooting, and stick handling were difficult because of the flex in the shaft of the stick. The blades of the stick were very durable though. They held up quite well as we played for over an hour on an asphalt parking lot.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
