Great for hoop dancing and mini hoop, juggling-type skills. Also good for hooping with multiple hoops. I ordered 3 sizes- 36 hoops in all- but only 2 sizes were delivered. The correct number of hoops arrived but too many of one size and none of another size. It's hard and expensive to return products that are that large and heavy, so I kept them.

I teach hooping as dance & fitness and I usually make my own hoops. I'm happy to have found a source for hoops that are durable and not the flimsy store-bought hula-hoops. I ordered both the 30" for my younger students and the 36" for older kids and adults.

Our best hoops feature an extruded tube with a .85" diameter and a 0.10" wall thickness designed to virtually eliminate kinks and knots. Standard No-Knott Hoops are available in 24", 30" and 36" diameters. Each pack contains 12 hoops, 2 each of our Spectrum™ colors: Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Orange and Purple.
