It's good for younger children, I use them in my kdg/1st grade Sunday school class. I have found you shouldn't use them on hard surfaces when the eggs fall on a hard floor the eggs chip.

I got these for a church sports/fun day and I really like them. Very colorful, easily identified. The pack should include maybe 2 or four more. Even the Kindergarten kids could use them. We were thinking about using real eggs, then we changed to boiled eggs, then we changed to limes and then I searched and came across these. Love them and I save them for next year's sports day.

The eggs are not that even on the bottom, so it was virtually impossible for it to stay on the spoons. The spoon seem a little small for the egg.
