As a cheer coach I am always looking balancing tools to assit my cheer flyers in learning to balance themselves for stunting and pyramids. This is a great item used by 11-12-13 year old cheerleaders. The cheer flyers are really using the balance disc on a regular basis and it is helping many of them improve on their balancing skills. Great product!
