I bought these for therapy. They are much smaller than I thought. They have maintained their shape and size for now. I was a bit disappointed at the quality of the product, not to mention size. They are about 5 inches tall. My other concern is they do not wiggle easily. It takes a lot of strength to wiggle but easy to squeeze.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
