This product can be used as an ice-breaker, rapport-builder or therapy tool. I most often use it with kids, but teens and adults find them fun and meaningful as well. I have them decorate the front how they see, or think others see, themselves. On the back I draw a circle where the brain is and have them write thoughts. I draw an arrow from the brain down to a heart and have them identify the feelings created by each thought, helping them to learn the differences between and affects of thoughts/feelings. I often use a theme when asking for thoughts such as self-image, family, individuals, specific memories, school, trauma etc.
