In The Food Pyramid, kids learn to discern the truth behind all the food advertisements they see every day. They discover the different food groups and how the USDA's Food Pyramid categorizes these groups. The Catch That Food! game teaches kids to quickly identify foods within a food group. A food label is then analyzed to determine health information per serving. Lastly, kids mix their own fitness water to aid in hydration. It's a whole hour of activities!
